A security guard in a stadium Accredit Solutions provides end‑to‑end software for the accreditation of all workforce, media, broadcast, athletes, performers and officials at stadiums, live and large‑scale events. Its feature‑rich platform allows organisations to set levels of personnel security and risk‑based data collection while removing pain points for venue owners and event organisers, with tools for data registration and document collection, data review & vetting, automated background checking with external sources, badge printing, access control and tracking.

Sitting at the crossroads of operations, health & safety, security and IT, Accredit Solutions’ platform benefits multiple client departments by streamlining efficiencies and driving increased security to protect against the global terrorism threats to events, making it a mission‑critical technology.

An accreditation process is essential for ensuring the security of events, it is increasingly important for event organisers to maintain control over who enters their venues. The Accredit platform supports this need by allowing organisers to authenticate the identities of participants and personnel by capturing and securely storing digital copies of critical documents such as right‑to‑work, passports, visas, and any necessary certifications, including security licenses. This process helps prevent unauthorised access, ensures the workforce are compliant and qualified, and enhances the overall safety of the event, by ensuring only those accredited are permitted access.
